Steps to Buying Your Hybrid Home
Our aim is to make selecting and purchasing your Hybrid Building System home as easy and enjoyable as possible. From design, to delivery and beyond, our team of experts work with you to ensure your Hybrid experience is a positive and memorable one.
The Plan
We offer a number of designs for homes from 1,100 Sq. Ft. to more than 3,600 Sq. Ft. We can customize any of our plans or work with you to create a home that is uniquely yours. Our goal is to ensure your Hybrid home reflects your individual style, taste and budget.The Budget
Critical to the success of your building project is a realistic and accurate budget. Using our Budgeting Check-List we can work together to estimate construction costs, including the fixed costs for the Hybrid Building System, meaning less chance for cost overruns.The Timeline
The elapsed time from planning your Hybrid home to move-in can vary quite a bit. A number of factors including your budget, finding the right property, designing a floor plan, securing building and other permits, and selecting a General Contractor, will influence the delivery of your Hybrid home.The Quote
Once you are happy with your design, we prepare a quote that includes the total cost for the supply AND installation of the components for your Hybrid home package.The Contract
At the contract phase of the project, we work with you to develop realistic payment, build and delivery schedules.Example
- A deposit, typically 10%, will schedule your project into our production program.
- A materials deposit, typically 25%, is due before we order the materials to fabricate your Hybrid home.
- A third draw, typically 30%, is due when your Hybrid home is about 80% complete in our factory.
- The final draw, typically 35%, is due upon the delivery.
