How long does it take to build your Hybrid home from start to finish? To give you an idea of a typical build schedule for a 1,500 Sq. Ft. home, we have outlined rough timelines below. Larger and more customized homes will require more time to complete.
Week 1 to 4
- Finalize plans with the Hybrid team
- Finalize contract with the Hybrid team
- Select a reputable General Contractor
Week 5 to 9
- Permits
- Begin site work
- Start foundation
- Install sub-floor
- Back fill foundation
Week 10
- Installation of your Hybrid Home (2 – 3 days)
- Install roofing
Week 11 to 14
- GC manages sub-trades to install HVAC, plumbing, electrical
Week 15 to 16
- Install insulation & drywall
Week 17 to 19
- Install flooring & mill work
Week 20 to 21
- Install kitchens & bathrooms
Week 22 to 23
- Painting & finishing work
