With a number of designs from 1,100 Sq. Ft. to more than 3,600 Sq. Ft., we can customise any of our plans or work with you to create a home that is uniquely yours.
We are Canada’s most innovative prefabricated custom home manufacturer. Our Hybrid system integrates an exterior wall and roof panel system with an authentic Post & Beam structure. We also install the exterior wall finish and trim on the panels in our factory. Once delivered, the components of your Hybrid home are installed in 2 to 3 days.
While we provide the fundamental structure of your home, you will still need a General Contractor/Project Manager to coordinate the site work and foundation, and then manage the sub-trades once your Hybrid home has been installed. We can help you choose a General Contractor/Project Manager or, if your build site is within a reasonable distance from our factory, we can explore a full turnkey solution.
